Click your server in the list and click Edit Settings under General Settings.

The first thing to have temporary channels is to create a Master Channel:
Type /setup in your server
Or go to the dashboard, select your server and create your Master Channel there
To edit your Master Channel:
Go to the dashboard
Click your server in the list and select your Master Channel in the main page.
